BOOKANTO TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Bookanto! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bookanto website, platform, and associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Bookanto, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. ABOUT BOOKANTO
1.1 The Platform is operated by Bookanto Pty Ltd (“Bookanto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Australia with ABN 40684066411. 1.2 Our registered address is 39 McLaren Street, North Sydney 2060, Australia. 1.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. 1.4 Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
2. ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
2.1 Access to the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 2.2 We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. 2.3 We will notify users in advance of any planned maintenance or downtime. 2.4 You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing and using the Platform. 2.5 Geographical Availability: Bookanto is currently available only in Australia, but we plan to expand globally soon.
3. USER ACCOUNTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. 3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. 3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activities occurring under your account. 3.4 You must not share your account details or allow unauthorized access to your account. 3.5 If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
4.1 You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. Prohibited activities will be determined and updated accordingly.
5. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other materials available on the Platform (“Bookanto Content”) are owned by Bookanto. 5.2 Veterinary clinics pay for the service and do not obtain ownership rights over the Platform. 5.3 You may use Bookanto Content only for personal and non-commercial purposes. 5.4 You must not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Bookanto Content without our written consent. 5.5 Any content you submit to Bookanto (“User Content”) must not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS
6.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 6.2 We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. 6.3 Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party, and Bookanto is not liable for any issues arising from such interactions.
7. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 7.2 We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. 7.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bookanto disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 7.4 Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed [insert amount or applicable legal limit].
8. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

10. INDEMNIFICATION
10.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookanto, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. 11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. 11.3 Any legal action must be brought in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
12. GENERAL PROVISIONS
12.1 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 12.2 No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. 12.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bookanto regarding the use of the Platform.
