Overview

Today, the role of a SQL Server database administrator has expanded from the server rack to the data center to the cloud, and from Windows Server OS to Platform as a Service and Linux. In this course, students will learn foundational skills for administering databases in SQL Server on multiple platforms. SQL Server Database Administration helps student to install, configure, secure, protect and maintain SQL Server databases on premises, in the cloud, and on Linux. This course will give an understanding to plan and deploy SQL Server in Azure virtual machines, secure and encrypt data and granting required access to users.

  • How to secure and encrypt data, granting appropriate access to users

Mongo DB Administration

MongoDB course provides basic and advanced concepts of SQL. MongoDB is a No SQL database. It is an open-source, cross-platform, document-oriented database written in C++. This course is designed for both beginners and professionals and includes great understanding on MongoDB concepts needed to create and deploy a highly scalable and performance-oriented database. The course will teach you about data modeling, including one to one and one to many relationships. You will also learn about topics such as insert documents, update documents, delete documents, query documents, projection, sort and limit methods, create collection, drop collection etc.
